Additionally, some rooms exhibit outdated facilities, like heavy doors that make access challenging for those with back issues, and maintenance issues could be noted with lighting and cleanliness. A lingering smell of smoke in areas near the entrance doesn't set the most welcoming tone for guests.

The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable, making for a cozy night’s sleep. I loved chilling by the well-maintained pool and tackling the small desk in the room for some late-night work. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊

Updated hotel, clean room, with comfortable beds that allowed for restful sleep after a day of exploring. A solid breakfast spread, although it could use more protein options.

Checked into a second-floor room that had a persistent moldy odor, making it hard to relax. Found hair on the bed and in the refrigerator, indicating poor cleaning standards. Breakfast was limited and unappealing, not even a proper meal to start the day. A major disappointment considering the price.

We enjoyed visiting iT'Z Family Food & Fun and the Kemah Boardwalk. Clean rooms and friendly staff made the trip smooth. Don’t expect luxury amenities like mints on pillows, but for the price, it’s a great spot. Be sure to check out the seafood restaurant nearby. it's got great reviews!

Only downside was no microwave or fridge in the room, which made managing snacks a bit tricky during our stay.

Great Stay for Family with Children

The remodeling is top notch, the young lady at the front desk was super polite-seriously, like she’s in a good mood all the time! And the tile floors in the room were clean-felt like I was stepping into a new place every time I came back.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but I guess you pay for quality.

I really enjoyed my stay—loved the comfortable beds and especially appreciated how clean everything was. The pool area was a nice touch, and I found the seafood restaurant next door truly delicious. I'd definitely come back!

Exceptional service and cleanliness!

The room was pretty rough. Couldn’t even get into the first one because the lock was broken. The air wasn’t working right in the second room, and half the lights didn’t even turn on. Plus, the tub felt all soft like it was going to give. The TV remote was a no-go too! I just didn’t like anything in the room at all.
